Our Story

From a kitchen table to thousands of lives

E3 Incorporated began in September 2022 when a group of volunteers noticed the same families cycling through crises without real support. They started small — offering English classes in a community hall on Tuesday evenings — and the need quickly became undeniable.

Today, E3 operates multiple service streams, partners with government bodies and health agencies, and employs a skilled team of social workers, educators, health navigators, and business coaches.

Our name reflects our core commitment: Empower, Engage, Elevate. We do not see people as problems to be solved — we see them as architects of their own futures, and our job is to make sure they have the tools to build.

Our Journey

A decade of growing impact

2014
E3 Incorporated Founded

A small group of volunteers launches English language classes in a local hall, serving 30 participants in the first month.

2016
Community Support Program Launched

Formal food relief and emergency assistance introduced, reaching over 200 families in the first year.

2018
Education Program Established

Workshops, training, and mentoring programs launched, supporting 80 members in the pilot cohort.

2020
Youth Programs Introduced

Leadership development and skills building programs launched for young people during the pandemic.

2022
Community Events Program Grows

Cultural events and fundraisers expand, bringing members and volunteers together each year.

2024
10 Years — 5,000 Lives Impacted

E3 marks its tenth year, having supported over 5,000 individuals and families, and 500+ small businesses.

Knowledge is the most durable form of empowerment. We invest in education as a lifelong resource — building the literacy, digital capability, and vocational skills that open doors across every area of life. Our programs are designed around adult learning principles: practical, relevant, and built on existing strengths.

Health is holistic — it encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions. E3 approaches wellbeing through a prevention-first lens, equipping communities with the knowledge to make informed choices while ensuring those facing illness have access to the right care and human support.

Financial stability is the foundation of independence. Through skills training, mentoring, and emergency assistance, E3 helps individuals and families build economic resilience — moving from vulnerability to self-sufficiency on their own terms.

Everyone has the right to feel safe and supported. Our safety pillar underpins our emergency assistance and family support programs. We create environments where people feel safe to speak, and act quickly and compassionately when support is needed.

Loneliness and social isolation compound every other difficulty. E3 actively builds belonging — through community gatherings, peer support networks, intergenerational programs, and cultural celebrations. Strong relationships are not just nice to have; they are protective, healing, and life-giving.
